At the heart of this home is a thoughtfully crafted open-plan layout, designed to maximize natural light, ventilation, and breathtaking sea views. Expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing and oversized sliding doors create an effortless flow between the sleek interior and the outdoor entertaining spaces, ensuring an uninterrupted connection to the coastal landscape.

The material palette is a striking blend of raw concrete, dark timber cladding, and steel elements, delivering a sophisticated yet durable exterior that stands up to the coastal elements. Inside, rich textures and refined finishes - including polished concrete floors, bespoke cabinetry, and feature lighting - add depth and character to the space.

A floating staircase, custom-designed to enhance the home’s contemporary feel, leads to the upper level, where the master suite enjoys panoramic ocean views and a private balcony. Additional bedrooms and living areas have been strategically placed to balance privacy with open, communal spaces, making this home ideal for both relaxation and entertaining.
